3、晕船者在上船前不要吃得太饱，也不要吃太油腻的食品，可预先吃2片防晕片控制晕情，晕船者上船后不要频繁走动，产生晕觉时，可身体平躺在床上，并在手腕及肚脐处各贴一块盼香膏，以起到防晕的.作用。
4、游泳前要做好准备活动，以防抽筋。同时注意泳后马上用干巾擦去身上水垢，最好用淡水冲洗，滴上氯霉素或硼酸眼药水。
5、海边紫外线强，不要忘记涂抹防晒霜。一般在晒太阳前半小时涂抹，在身体外露的所有部位均涂上防晒品，尤其是颈背。
6、带创可贴以及胃药、治腹泻的常用药和清凉油。 ;
