在英语语法中，当as引导状语从句时，只有当主句和从句的主语相同时，才可以省略主语和be动词。如果状语从句中的主语和主句的主语不相同，则不能省略主语和be动词。
例如：
- As a child, (I) enjoyed playing with dolls.（作为一个孩子，我喜欢玩娃娃。）
- As we know, (it) is important to exercise regularly.（正如我们所知道的那样，经常锻炼很重要。）
- As a teacher, (she) has a lot of responsibility.（作为一名老师，她有很多责任。）
需要注意的是，如果状语从句中的主语和主句的主语不相同，则不能省略主语和be动词。例如：
- As the sun set, (they) sat down to dinner.（太阳落山时，他们坐下来吃晚餐。）
- As a result of the accident, (the road) was closed for several hours.（由于事故，这条路被封闭了几个小时。）
